I'm gonna write a book and it's gonna be a good book....It's gonna be for all the people out there who aren't taking accountability for their life, their physique, their failures,...basically any self induced short coming be it perceived or actual......

I'll call it "Dylf's 3 Step Plan for Motivation, Health and Well Being.....only 3 chapters.....only 14 words (unless you include the title).....here it is, soak it in.....

1) Stop eating, start sweating....
2) It's all your fault....
3) Don't take this personally....you're fucked.....


I think I'll put this picture on the cover.....it's gonna sell like hotcakes....(take a look at the time stamp in the bottom right hand corner....8:58pm at night in Puerto Rico and out cold already.....sigh.....old man)
